Class Liaisons

Volunteers Needed

A huge thank you to the parents who have volunteered to be a class liaison to date. Details on this role will be emailed to you shortly – stay tuned!

What does the role include?

This role is low-key and flexible. You may be asked to send an email/communication out to your class from the school administration or your class teacher a few of times a term. Most classes have a WhatsApp group too, so you would need to set this up. The school will provide you with contact details to facilitate the process.

Permission to Share your Email Address

As we finalise our class liaisons, we also seek the permission of our school parents/carers to share your email address with your class liaison. 

To protect your privacy:

• Class liaisons will Bcc (blind copy) when sending emails out to the class.
• Class WhatsApp groups are up to individual parents to join – this is an opt-in option.

If you do not wish to provide your email address, please let us know by Tuesday 14 February.

To receive class liaison emails, no action is required. By default, your email address will be shared with your liaison, unless you tell us to withhold this information.
