P&C Information 

Lunch order day

The P and C are running a lunch order day on Friday 3rd March. Orders will close 3pm Thursday 2nd March. 

It will be a BBQ, selling:

Sausage sandwich $3

Steak sandwich $7

Poppers $1 

The BBQ will run after the stage 2 assembly and if parents are able to help handing out the lunch orders, they can register on Qkr and turn up at the canteen after assembly.

Hoodie & Jacket Order

We are placing our annual hoodie and jacket order. Orders are available via Qkr now and will close Friday 10th March to allow time for the hoodie to be here for the start of term 2. 

Hoodies are $50 and light weight jackets are $45. 

Back to school vouchers can be accepted however not through Qkr so parents will need to email details and a copy of the voucher to the P&C. 

During our last P&C meeting, a number of current executives informed the meeting they will not be standing for re-election in 2023.

Our AGM will be held in week 8 of term 1, 2023.  If we are unable to fill the executive positions to comply with the constitution, we will have to consider dissolving the P&C Association.

The Martin’s Gully P&C Association has played a crucial role in the school for many years.  

The P&C provides many additional opportunities for the students at Martin’s Gully. These include lunch order days, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day stalls and the Christmas Party. Without the P&C these events will not take place. 

Martin’s Gully P&C provides financial assistance to the students by contributing to excursions and leadership programs.  In the past we have purchased additional iPads, lunch furniture and teaching resources. 

P&C Associations are a great place to meet new people, get to know the principal and staff of the school.  It’s an opportunity to learn about current trends in the education system and what format of study your child will be undertaking.
