At our Thanksgiving Evening last year, each family that attended received a Year in Review booklet. This was a great summary of our 2022 Year. If you missed out on a copy and would like one, please complete this form and we will send one home with your child. There are limited numbers left so be quick to avoid missing out. 

Years 7 to 12 Parent/Carer - Teacher Interviews

Are you interested in doing 'Christianity Explained'?

Christianity Explained is an informal and relaxed four-week course. It's for anyone who wants to know more about what it means to be a Christian. It will be run here at school and is completely free. You don't need to know anything about the Bible and you won't be asked to pray or sing. You can ask any question you like or you can just sit and listen.

We are hoping to start this Christianity Explained Course the week commencing 13 March. If you are interested in attending this course please complete this expression of interest form so we can find the most mutually beneficial time for everyone.

Does your child want to join our Primary Instrumental Program?

Joining our Primary Instrumental Program is a wonderful opportunity for Years 4-6 students to learn trumpet, trombone, flute or clarinet. Instruments can be hired from the school, and students learn in small groups with an instrumental tutor until the end of primary school. Kindergarten 2023 Enrolment

If you have a child starting Kindergarten next year, please complete an enrolment form online as soon as possible. Enrolment forms are available from our website or you can click the button below. 

We are holding some Kindergarten Open Mornings during the year. These are tailored for families who do not currently have children enrolled at NCS. There will be other transition opportunities provided for our current families who have a Kindergarten child coming next year.

Is you current residential address up-to-date?

It is that time of the year where NCS is required by the Governing Bodies to submit our data collection information. Please see the letter to parents attachment below. 

Please ensure that we have your current residential address so that our submission is correct. If you have changed your address and not updated the school, please request an update form by using the button below:

A snapshot of the relevant information 

Under the Australian Education Regulation 2013, the school is required to provide the Department of Education with the following information about each student at the school:

• Names and residential addresses of student’s parent(s) and/or guardian(s)
• Student residential address (excluding student names)
• Whether the student is a primary or secondary student (education level)
• Whether the student is boarding or a day student (boarding status).

Residential address information is used and combined with other data to calculate a non-government school community’s capacity to contribute to the costs of schooling. This may influence the level of Australian Government recurrent funding for non-government schools. The information is also used to inform Australian Government school education policy.
