Year 8

Starting Term 3

The Year 8's were quickly back into work after the holidays.  They were involved in English, Maths and Metalwork.  The classses were looking at communication without words, writing poems, understanding strengths and weakness and safety training.  These hard working students were happy to start work and get involved in the subjects as required.

Bringing Lego into Science

Year 8 students were using a Lego Model to demonstrate energy transformation from Chemical Energy to Kinetic Energy and Sound Energy.  They really enjoyed this "hands-on" approach.

Physical Education

Mr Brooks class were out in the Winter's sun this week.  They were having skipping competitions, practising coordination, team-work and balance.  The students loved the group skipping.
