Raising Concerns and Complaints Process

Our school is a big and busy place and only getting bigger and busier. Whilst we would like to think that throughout every day, every learning event and every interaction that there would be no problems and concerns, it is inevitable that on occasions, some things might not go to plan, or as expected for one reason or another.

At ACS we want to establish a positive, safe and high achieving school culture whereby students, parents, staff and community members work in positive partnership at all times. In order to do this we want to ensure that as things arise, everyone is playing their part in working towards a positive and successful outcome. The process below is one we hope to provide clear lines of communication between school and home.

As one of our favourite sayings goes, 'If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem', so we encourage all community members to work together to achieve our common purpose.
