PERFORMING ARTS NEWS

On Thursday 22nd June, the Year Prep-2 students will be presenting their special concert to the school community.

On this day, the Year Prep- Year 2 students will spend the day at Avila College.

The students will spend the morning 9:30-12pm rehearsing the Concert items, and will then perform for the other Holy Family Students in the afternoon from 1:30-3pm after a lunch break.

Students will then be asked to return to Avila College's Bunjil Theatre by 6pm, where they will perform their concert items from 6:30-7:30pm for the parents.

Please reply on Operoo for permission for your child to attend during the day.

Concert Tickets- Year Prep-2 families

As we are using Avila's Bunjil Theatre, we are limited to the number of tickets we can allocate each family.  Of course, if there are extra seats available, we will distribute them accordingly.

Each family will be allocated up to 3 adult tickets, school aged children will be able to sit at the front of the theatre, and any children not of school age, can either sit with the other children at the front or sit on parents laps.

We ask you to respond to the form on Operoo by 5pm next Tuesday 20th June, so we have time on Wednesday to allocate any additional tickets that are available.

*Children in Prep-2 who are performing do not need to be included in your responses, as they will be seated in a different area and will be supervised by school staff.
