Push Up Challenge
The push-up Challenge is being led by Mr Josh Goschnick and a team of dedicated staff and over 80 students who have signed up to conquer 3,144 push-ups each (the target is collectively 100 000) from 1-23 June and raise $10,000. Funds go to charities that support mental health such as Lifeline, Movember and Push for Better.
College AGM
The Bayside Christian College Board warmly invites Association members, College parents/carers and staff to attend our 2023 Annual General Meeting. The Association for Christian Education of Frankston Inc. will meet on Thursday 22 June at 7PM in G-Block on South Campus.

Years 8-11 Pathways Expo
On Thursday 20 July from 4pm-7pm on North Campus we will be running our annual Subject Pathways Expo for all students entering Years 9-12 in 2024. This will be a great opportunity for students and parents to learn more about subjects offered at Bayside prior to their subject selection interviews.
Music Showcase Evening
The Musical Showcase Evening will be held in Term 3 on Thursday 3 August from 6.30pm in the G-Block Gymnasium on South Campus.
Trades Skills Centre Cafe
The North Campus Cafe has a winter menu with hot meals available every Thursday!
- Pasta Napoletana (Vegetarian) $4.00
- Nachos with Salsa and Cheese $3.00 and 50c for extra toppings (Sour cream and Guacamole available)
- Fried Dim Sims $1.50
- Chicken Nuggets 6 for $3.00
- Nuggets and Small Chips $5

- As well as sausage rolls, donuts, party pies and hot chips!
The Cafe is open every Thursday from 10:30am to 1:30pm and serve to the public as well as College staff and Years 10-12 students.
Community Playgroup
The Bayside Community Playgroup runs every Thursday from 9am to 10:30am for children aged 0-5 years for indoor play, craft, painting, creative play, story time and sing-a-long while parents and carers supervise playtime and enjoy a cuppa and light morning tea. Cost is $2 per child to attend each week. Please pack a nut-free snack and water bottle for your child. No booking required.
Prayer Group
The Bayside Prayer Group meet every Monday morning from 9am to 9.30am in the Community Room (M2) to pray for the College. Parents, carers and staff are welcome to join at any time. The group also frequently meet at 7.30pm on Monday evenings to walk around the College grounds. For more information please contact Bek Shelling on 0403 804 972.

Bayside Christian College is excited to announce that free tickets for our inaugural praise and worship evening on Saturday 26 August are now available.

Army Cadets Recruitment
The 36 Army Cadet Unit (36ACU) are currently seeking applicants between 13 and 16 years of age to join and experience what Cadet training has to offer within Australia’s leading youth organisation.
The Vision of the Australian Army Cadets is a leading youth development organization, with the character and the values of the Australian Army, founded on strong community partnership, fostering and supporting an ongoing interest in the army. This training which focuses on skills such as navigation, field craft, bush survival skills, field engineering, first aid, safe weapons handling, signal communication procedures, leadership, discipline and drill.
