2023 Fair
Fair Update
The next fair committee meeting is via zoom on Thursday 22nd June, from 7pm to 8pm. All are welcome to attend via the link below....
We have subcommittees on stalls, entertainment, rides, food, fundraising, marketing, and volunteers.
Things are starting to come together, however we would still love more assistance with rolling everything out. If you have a contribution to make, no matter how small, please reach out to one of the committee members and/or come along to the meeting on the 22nd.
We need volunteers to help coordinate the following stalls:
- silent auction
- wristbands
- chill out / LEGO / craft
- biscuit decorating zone
- ninja warriors
You will be fully supported with this by the Fair team at large, as well as the leadership team coordinators specifically. We have extensive notes from last time and also have people on the fair committee that were involved last time. We just need more people to help. Many hands make light work - and this is certainly the case here.
