Year 8 Market Day

On Monday 1 March, Year 8 commerce had a Market Day where we sold homemade cookies, cinnamon doughnuts, soft drinks, and chips. For each different food/drink, there were 4-5 stalls. Everybody rushed down after break time and started handing in the cash. All of the profit that the groups made went to a chosen charity by MCA. Groups made posters, competed with other groups in different ways, some of which was using music to attract buyers or having a really good deal, eg. 3 cookies for 2 dollars. Overall it was a really good experience for all the boys, (the ones eating and the ones selling) and was great fun all around.
