RYPEN CAMP

Greensborough College INTERACT CLUB is now sponsored by Bundoora Rotary.  Abbi Harper and Ashley Finch were selected from numerous students to be this years’ recipients.  The camp was fully paid for by Bundoora Rotary and the weekend camp was attended by students from across Victoria.  The camp focused on developing the skills and ideas of young people – including communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, teamwork and leadership/initiative fundamentals.

It was a great opportunity for the students to be tomorrow’s leaders.  A fantastic camp and opportunity to connect with others.

DIAMOND VALLEY ROTARACT LATITUDE EVENT FOR INTERACTORS

Diamond Valley Rotaract organised a combined Interact Club event across St.Helena and Greensborough Secondary College.  Lily, Faith and Hannah attended the event on Friday 30th April, for Trampolining at Latitude in Heidelberg.  A great opportunity to have fun on the trampolines before having a chat over burgers and chips together with St.Helena students.  Hopefully some more combined events can be organised in the future.

Multi District Interact Conference Victoria

Interactors are given the opportunity to attend an online zoom Interact Conference, Sun 30th May focusing on skill development and connection.  Students will be engaged and present Interactors with interesting tasks and public speaking opportunities.  Interactors have a unique opportunity to connect with other Interact Clubs across Victoria and learn about what other Clubs participate in.

All from the comfort of your own home on a Sunday – this is one activity Interactors can benefit from and even hone their skills at public speaking.
