Student Assessments, Reporting and Student Led Conferences
Our first cycle of assessments is under way with students completing Flagged tasks in all subjects in the coming weeks.
Teachers will give grades and comments for our Flagged tasks guides by the following dates this semester. Parents/ Carers can access results and comments on Compass by following the instructions in the attachment.
Flagged Tasks
- Students Feb 22 to March 10. Teachers Comments March19
- Students April 26 to May 12. Teachers Comments May 21
- Students June 1 to June 16. Teachers Comments June 25
We are also planning for on-site Student Led Conferences Tuesday April 5th . Students and teachers will be reflecting on assessments and class work to help students lead these important conferences where families and teachers can work together to encourage great outcomes for our students. Bookings for these April conferences will open on March 19th.
Semester Reports
These will be available on Compass on July 17th. These reports just give a summary of key assessments. The Flagged tasks mentioned above are most valuable for continuous reflection and improvement.
