Clay Target Team

Our Clay Target team ventured to a competition in Benalla on Monday to compete in the Field and Game Clay Target Shooting Competition.

This is an event that our team has been invited to for the past 5 years and is a great opportunity to for our students to compete against other schools from around the state in a friendly atmosphere.

Congratulations to our team members who all shot like champions.  Special mention to Adrian Van Putten (2nd place), Darcy Lloyd (equal 2nd place) and Taylor Tillotson (equal 3rd place).

We also received the New Shooters team award.

Thanks to staff members Steve Hodder, David Blaxland and Andrew Box who attended on the day.  Special thanks to parents who were able to attend.

Tony Vallance - Finalist

I’m very pleased to announce that our Learning Specialist and STEAM Coordinator, Tony Vallance, is one of three finalists for the Outstanding Secondary Teacher Award, part of the Victorian Education Excellence Awards.

Tony is passionate about education and in particular, empowering students to take ownership of their learning and for each of them to grow through creativity and critical thinking.
