Night of the Notables

Huge Success

Last week on Thursday 6 August Year 9 celebrated the annual Night of the Notables. The night was a huge success, and the students’ efforts were well received by our many guests. The students researched and presented a range of notable people including famous writers such as Shakespeare and J.K Rowling, a host of heroic soldiers, inspiring leaders throughout history, strong women who have paved the way for greater gender equality and even the Queen. The vast collection of notable people was testament to the diversity of interests and specialised knowledge that our Year 9's  hold. 

We would also like to thank our many guests, who braved the cold, wet weather to come along to support our students. Once again the staff would like to congratulate the Year 9's for their outstanding effort. The school community is proud of your commitment to this program.
