Free online personalised parenting program

Partners in Parenting

Would you like to know what you can do to raise a resilient teenager?

FREE online parenting program empowering parents to make sense of adolescence and parent their teenager with confidence.

Parents can play an important role in protecting their teenagers from mental health problems like depression and anxiety. Researchers from Monash University and the University of Melbourne are looking for parents of 12 to 15 year olds to take part in a free trial of a personalised online parenting program. The program offers practical strategies parents can use to support their teenager’s mental health. If you are a parent or guardian of a child aged 12 to 15, you may be eligible to participate.

Please note, as the program is designed to prevent depression and anxiety problems, it is not suited for parents who think their teenager may be in need of professional treatment for mental health concerns. If your teenager is currently having difficulties with depression or anxiety, we recommend that you see a trained mental health professional rather than participating in this research.
