Spectrum Journeys - Parent Connect Groups

Spectrum Journeys is hosting a series of Parent Connect Groups to support parents who have a child on the Autism Spectrum.

For more information check out the Dads Group and Mums Group flyers.

Is your child on the Autism Spectrum? Would you like to them to be part of an awesome new group?

We have some exciting new opportunities coming up for our students who are on the Autism Spectrum.

This term, starting Week 2, we’ll be running a series of gaming sessions during lunchtimes.  Jarred from the Chirnside Community Hub will be bringing his console in and we’ll battle it out in four-player mode on the big screen.

We’ve also applied for council funding to work with the ‘I Can Network’, which is Australia’s first social enterprise run by people with Autism. They mentor young people on the Autism Spectrum to live life with an ‘I CAN’ attitude. They bring out the ‘awe’ in AWEtism through education, advocacy and providing opportunities.
