Vaccinations for Year 10

Year 10 vaccinations at Cecil Hills High School on Friday, 23 June 2023 

Year 10 students are offered to receive their Meningococcal ACWY vaccine on Friday 23rd June 2023.    

Vaccination will only be provided at school if consent has been received. 

How to provide consent

To complete online consent for your child’s school vaccinations, visit: https://nswhealth.service-now.com/school or click on the link below:

Follow the steps to log in to your existing ServiceNSW account. This is the same account you may already use to renew your driver’s licence. If you don’t have a ServiceNSW account, refer to ServiceNSW to create one. 

1. Update or confirm your personal details in ServiceNSW as required. 
2. Complete the School Vaccination Consent Form for your child/ren. You will need to:  
   1. Enter your child’s personal details 
   2. Provide the Medicare card details for you and your child  
   3. Read the linked Parent Information Sheet and privacy statement 
   4. Provide consent  

Year 7 catch up vaccinations at Cecil Hills High School on Friday, 23 June 2023

Year 7 students who were absent on Year 7 Vaccination Day in April, and missed their HPV/-DTPA vaccination will be able to have their vaccination on this day (provided online consent has been given by parent/guardian).
