Parents Seminar - Sexuality Education

Dear community, 

Vanessa Hamilton, sexuality educator, is providing a parent seminar for Newlands Community on Tuesday 18th of October at 8pm via Zoom. 

All parents and families are invited, from Prep to Grade 6. This seminar will provide you with strategies to tailor conversations with your children about healthy, respectful relationships and consent, body and protective safety, puberty preparation, internet safety and much more.

The Internet can be great, however ...

These days we use the internet every day for many reasons, from watching our favourite programs to working and everything in between. With such easy access to everything, it can be tricky to navigate how to keep our children safe.

Newlands has very robust safety procedures and protocols in place.
