School Notifications

Important Message - Changes to Communication

As advised we are moving to communicate all school matters to one platform. We will no longer be using Skoolbag, all communication will be through Operoo as of 7 November.

Operoo offers parents a communication platform for Medical records, first aid, consent forms for excursions/camps, absentee form and messages to groups or the whole school regarding news, announcements and reminders.

Operoo allows for 2 contacts, a primary contact and secondary contact.

The primary contact is given the ability to modify the profile and respond to eForms.

The secondary contact can receive notifications. All secondary contacts have been added to the students profile.

Last Day of term 4

Uniform

Hats are Back

With Spring comes higher UV levels and that means all children are required to wear their hats for the remainder of the year during play times. The ‘No hat, No play’ rule applies.

School Uniform

As the weather is still very unpredictable at the moment, the children can wear their winter or summer uniform in October and we'll transition to the summer uniform only in November, after the long weekend. Hats however, are compulsory.

Please note correct winter uniform for girls includes blue knee highsocks or blue tights and white socks with summer uniform (no ankle socks).

A reminder that all children are to wear the correct school uniform including black school shoes on all days except when they have PE or classroom sport. Classroom teachers will inform you of the days when sport and PE occur please refer to the website for the correct uniform. https://www.stcolumbasprimary.org/uniform.html
