Cook a cat, it's term four already!!!  At least the sun is starting to show its face after a long hibernation.

Read on peeps to see what’s been happening and what’s about to happen before we kick 2022 into touch?  

LAPATHON - what an epic day and with full blown sunshine as well.  Just over 540 students ran their little hearts out on the junior oval and raised $15,690 to go towards our new playground equipment project.  Such an amazing amount of money and our thanks to parents, friends, family and neighbours for their generosity and support for our students and the school.  Well done Fairhaven the 2022 Lapathon Cup Winners!!

Encore Extravaganza

We are so excited about this one, especially given it was cancelled twice due to COVID and once due to low numbers.  So, we are stoked to be delivering this great night out for parents tomorrow - Friday 14th.  A massive thanks to those who bought tickets and to those who can’t come but have also bought raffle tickets.  Any and all funds raised will go towards the playground project.  Look out for the next newsletter to hear all about it and perhaps some photos as well.  Maybe!!!!!

Playground Project

You’ve heard us talk about the playground project and now it’s your chance to have your say and get involved.  Our recent compass post put a call out for two or three keen parents to form a working group to collaborate with the school’s Facilities Committee to deliver a recommendation on the design and equipment for our new playgrounds.  Get in touch with PFC if you are interested. brightonpspfc@gmail.com
