From BPS School Council - We need your help!

Dear Parents and Carers,

We urgently need your help!

With the election just weeks away we have a unique opportunity to campaign for our school to receive desperately needed government investment in our school’s facilities, but the only way we can do this is with parents, friends and community support.

The time for action is NOW so we would like to ask all parents, friends and colleagues to send a letter, tweet, email (or all three) to the Premier, Daniel Andrews and the Minister for Education, Natalie Hutchins. Attached is the letter that BPS School Council sent to both Dan Andrews and Natalie Hutchins.

Below, we have included contact details for Dan Andrews and Natalie Hutchins for your information. We have also included the text for the letter that has already been sent to the Premier and Education Minister. Please feel free to use some or all of this text when communicating this important message. We would be very grateful for your support as we have it on good authority that the only way we will stand a chance is with a very loud community voice.

The School Council parent members have already sent a letter to both to outline the serious lack of government funding for our school, but that alone will not have the impact we need. That can only come from the parent community.

With thanks,

School Council Parent Members and PFC
