Device Returns for Grade 3 & 6 Students

Students in Grade 3 and 6, who have not opted to buyout their device or have not yet completed payment, will be required to return their device this week. A collection of these devices will occur on Thursday 15th December. Please ensure the laptop bag/iPad case and chargers are returned along with the device. Families in Grade 3 who have already paid their device contribution for 2023 will also receive a new laptop by the end of the week.

Parent Payment Arrangements

Thank you to all the families who have already contributed to the Parent Payment Arrangements for 2023. For those who haven't seen the arrangements on Compass, please see the below document for the full breakdown.

Are You Leaving SMPS?

If you are intending to leave SMPS due to graduating, moving house or overseas travel, we are sorry to lose you from our community. To ensure a smooth transition for your child's education, please let us know as soon as possible by calling the school office on 9935 9399. We would also really appreciate if you would be able to give your child's uniform to the school. These are then used in sickbay when accidents occur or are donated to the Second Hand Uniform Shop. We accept all items of the school uniform, including:

  • Summer uniform - dresses, shorts, shirts
  • Winter uniform - tunics, long-sleeved shirts, pants
  • Sports uniform - polo top, trackpants, shorts
  • Jackets - bomber jacket, coats
  • Hats - school hat, beanie
  • Shoes - black and polishable
  • Schoolbag

If your child is donating their entire school uniform, we ask that they do this on the last day of term. They can wear appropriate casual clothes for the last day - only if they are donating their uniform and have no uniform left to wear. If donating individual pieces, this can be done at any time during the week. Please send them in a bag to the office. We thank you for your help.
