OSHClub Summer Vacation Program
See the flyer below (and use the QR code). Parents or carers who book their child/ren for the summer holiday OSHC sessions before 21st December can use the promotion code “earlybird20” and subsequently get 20% off their booking.
These holidays we will be having so much fun, including visiting Werribee Zoo, making Hawaiian Luau, and having a Colour Run. We will be sure to take plenty of photos and share the highlights with you early next year.

Lunch Orders
South Melbourne Primary School offers the option of lunch orders through our on-line partner Flexischools. Please see the instructions below to set up an account and place an order. Orders must be placed no later than 9am.

Out of School Hours Care (OSHClub)
At South Melbourne Primary School, we use OSHClub to provide before and after school care.
- Where: OSHClub is based on Level 1
- When:
- Before school care - operates from 7.00am until 8.45am.
- After school care - operates from 3.30pm - 6.00pm.
- What: OSHClub gives students the chance to relax and have fun before or after school. Students are provided with breakfast and afternoon tea, depending on their attendance times. OSHClub offer planned and free play activities, including special themed days (or weeks), lots of fun art and craft activities, cooking, drama, sport, science and more, so that children have plenty of choice.

Junior Rockers is also available for one-on-one or group music lessons during school hours. Lessons are offered in drum, keyboard and guitar. They run for 30 mins during the school day.

Kindergarten Places Available
Did you know there’s a fantastic kindergarten for eligible three-year-olds and four-year-olds tucked away at the top of our school?
Barring Djinang Kindergarten opened in 2018 on Level 5 of the South Melbourne Primary School building and has quickly become a local favourite.
Your children will love the modern setting and great outdoor playspace with city views you won’t find elsewhere. The teachers create a fun, supportive and welcoming environment for your children to learn and grow.
