2023 Student Leaders Announced

It is our pleasure to introduce our Year 6 Student Leaders for 2023. The first stage involved all year 5 students writing an application and indicating if they wanted to apply for the role of Student Leader. Applications were shortlisted by the year 5 teachers and these students were asked to make a short presentation to an independent panel which included the Principal, Assistant Principal, a specialist teacher and a year 5 teacher. 

To assess their ability to ‘think on their feet’ each student was then asked to answer a question. All the shortlisted students did a great job and it took the panel quite a time to determine the final 8 students. The leadership team is looking forward to working with our Student Leaders in 2023. They will be great role models for our school.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our 2022 Student Leaders and wish them every success in the future.
