Athletics  SA - Well done Layla!

It’s been a busy weekend in our family again, spending both Saturday and Sunday at Athletics SA for the 2019 state individual championships! 

Layla qualified to compete in 5 events which was an achievement in itself and she even skipped an age division this year. (60mh, 100m, 800m, 200m and 400m).

She has made us very proud of commitment to training and never giving up. She walked away with a 5th in the state for 800m and a Bronze medal for the 400m in under 9s.

She can’t wait to compete for the school next year in athletics!
