Library News!

Just a reminder that all books need to be returned to the library this week during the children's library lesson or before if they have finished them. Thank you to all those children who have already returned their books.

Third term is going to be a lot of fun in the library. We have Book Fair returning on the 25th of July for one week, children will be able to purchase books from the Book Fair at school. We also have Book Week celebrations on the 24th of August. It will be great to get back to a normal book week with the children being able to come to school in their dressups. There will be more information on both of these events in future newsletters.                   Thank you - Yolanda McVilly

After the Queen’s birthday public holiday the year 1 classes took up their pastels to draw their own portraits of Queen Elizabeth.

YEARS 1 & 2

We are lucky to be able to enjoy the Education Shows at COPACC again this year.

The children in Years 1 & 2 will be travelling by bus to COPACC to attend the

Earth's Prehistoric World on Wednesday 13th July. They will be departing school at

10:45am and returning at approximately 11:00am. This will be a great launch into Yr 1's Inquiry theme on Dinosaurs for the term and a great experience for the Yr 2 classes.
