A huge congratulations to Poppy B in Year 5 for submitting her original song to the National Songwriting Competition held by the Australian Childrens Music Foundation.  We are so proud of her creative musicality and watch this space for our budding superstar!

Next week on Wednesday the 1st of December we will be having a dress rehearsal for Shrek the Musical Jr. The students will be practicing in their costumes in preparation for our filming day in the following week on Wednesday the 8th of December.

Can you please ensure that all items of your child’s uniform are labelled to avoid any clothes going missing throughout the dress rehearsal and bring a labelled plastic bag to put their uniform in when they are not wearing it.

As the majority of the students will be changing from one costume to another, can you please ensure that your child is wearing the following undergarments.

Prep: Dark coloured underwear & a singlet (white or any colour -to go under a t shirt)

Year 1: Singlet (white or any colour -to go under a t shirt)

Year 2, 3/4 & 5/6: Suitable under garments (check with your child re costume)

Students will also be required to wear these items on Wednesday the 8th of December.

and also wear a small amount of makeup i.e., blusher, mascara, subtle lipstick.  Further information will be communicated next week.
