SUPERSPEAK
On Monday of last week the Year 5 students enjoyed a day with Lou from SuperSpeak.
The sessions focussed on developing students’ expressive skills and storytelling through a range of interactive oral language activities. The students enjoyed practising the strategies modelled and attempting to dazzle their audience. Lou specifically focussed on voice, face and body techniques used when presenting. The children were highly engaged throughout the day.
We look forward to seeing the students apply the skills taught during their Year 6 Leadership speeches in the coming weeks.
