Another great term of teaching and learning

Congratulations

Earlier this week, it was a great pleasure to be able to conduct our online Presentation Assembly to recognise the outstanding work of our students.

To have so many students recognised for their sustained efforts in such a tumultuous school year was testament to their hard work and dedication.  Well done to all award recipients! I would like to make special mention of the following students for these amazing achievements:

Toy Drive

Thank you to our wonderful Year 8 elves who have spent the last few weeks collecting toys which will be donated to The Department of Communities and Justice.

In an amazing response to this initiative, students across the school have donated over 250 gifts! We are going to need a bigger Christmas tree!

Finally

As 2021 draws to an end, I would like to congratulate everyone on their effort, enthusiasm and resilience in these particularly trying times. Our students and families have been at the epicentre of the chaos that the year has served up and the way in which our school community has continued to dust itself off and get on with things has been inspiring. I hope everyone enjoys a happy and relaxing break and that there are much better things to come in 2022!
