Flashback Friday

My time at Cecil Hills started in Jan 2002 until September 2016. During this time, which was little shy of 15 years, I was a Relieving Head Teacher TAS IA, Year Adviser, SRC Co-ordinator, whole school reporting co-ordinator, OIC (Officer In Charge) St John’s Cadet Unit and teacher in both the junior and senior school.

My journey at Cecil Hills High School allowed me the opportunity to meet and work with many staff and students. Everlasting friendships were created with staff members and these are still being cherished. I am grateful to the students who I had the opportunity to teach and crossed paths in the playground and to find out later that they have prospered and have been successful in their lives. 

In September 2016, I was promoted to Head Teacher, Technology & Applied Studies at Hurlstone Agricultural High School and in December 2018 promoted to the position of Deputy Principal. 

I take this opportunity to wish the entire Cecil Hills High School community the very best on your 25th Anniversary. Take care and stay safe.
