Hi everyone, 

A massive shout out to all students at Monty PS for the amazing resilience they all demonstrated during our Transition morning on Tuesday of this week. All students were excited to meet their new teacher/s and the feedback from our staff is that the students were respectful, kind and enthusiastic about what 2022 will bring. It has also been wonderful to hear the stories from the Year 6 students about their visit to their Secondary school for 2022. Again, our Year 6's demonstrated courage and resilience while navigating a totally new environment and meeting new teachers and students.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Happy Christmas. Stay safe, continue to be grateful and practise mindfulness. I like to think that the most important value of all is kindness and it is at this time of the year that random acts of kindness are priceless!
