Welcome to Term 3

A warm welcome back to our preschool children for term 3. We would also like to welcome our new cohort of children for the midyear intake. 

For our new children, we shall be focusing on confidence, independence and building relationships as well as introducing syllables as part of our phonological awareness. 

For our current children, we will move our focus onto rhyming using our gross motor skills and extending our repertoire of number rhymes. 

In the role-play area, we have set up a home corner. A home corner with a selection of homely resources can provide children with a sense of familiarity and comfort. It allows children to play co-operatively with others whilst sharing their culture and past experiences. 

We are excited to share our learning throughout term 3 via Seesaw.
