Snow Camp

Let it snow!

Students from Unit 4 Outdoor and Environmental Studies, and VET Sport and Recreation classes, were lucky enough to hit the slopes at Falls Creek last week for their Snow Camp!

Students had the opportunity to increase their knowledge of the contemporary state of Australian outdoor environments and analyse the importance of healthy outdoor environments and sustainability while applying the theoretical content of their subjects to the Alpine environment.

As you can tell by the photos and the smiles on their faces, students were treated to some spectacular conditions and everyone had a fabulous time developing new skills in skiing and snowboarding!
