Inquiry

This term we will be learning about ‘Animals Great and Small’. The students will be asked about what they already know about animals, their habitats and how we care for their habitats. We will explore our own habitat first, discussing features within our home.

Wellbeing

In Wellbeing we will be talking about the kinds of experiences that can lead to people feeling different emotions such as, sad, angry, proud, frustrated, excited and afraid. We will be drawing a situation that makes us feel this way.

Reminders

With the cooler weather approaching please remember to pack an extra set of clothes as the yard can get quite wet. Please ensure you label ALL of your child’s clothing. Hats are not required in Terms 2 and 3.

Teddy Bear Picnic

The Preps had a fabulous time at their Teddy Bear Picnic last term. The kids walked to the local park and ate a little snack with their cuddly teddies. Next, we had a play on the playground and walked back to school with our teddies. It was an amazing day for the children and teachers!
