Capital Works - Kildare Campus

A signficant amount of progress has been made at our Kildare Campus over the summer holidays! The inside of the buildings are almost fitted out and we can really start to envisage what life will look like for our Year 7 students when they transition to the new site during term 2.

Works to date:

Administration Building

• Ceiling nearing completion
• Joinery complete
• Installation of carpet tiles - 95% complete
• Carpentry - 95% complete
• Electricity and plumbing commenced

Learning Building

• Installation of plaster sheets complete
• Door tracks installed
• Installation of Vinyl to wet areas - 95% complete
• Wall vinyl to commence this week
• Joinery commenced

Works to be completed over the next two weeks are as follows:

Admin Building

• Brick pavers to be installed - corridor
• Stone bench tops to be installed
• Final fit off

Learning Building

• Plaster to be completed
• Ceiling grid to commence
• Painting to commence

External

• Finalise the external Admin building
• Commence Water Feature (The Well) Library Courtyard
• Civil Works – Shared Path, Roadworks and Irrigation pipeline – progressing well
