Senior Sport
Welcome to Oxley Sport in 2023
It is great to see our students back in the Stadium and surrounds for Sport. Term 1 is a busy term in Sport, due to our House Carnivals for Swimming and Athletics taking place, followed by the EISM Division Swimming and Swimming Championships. We encourage students to participate in Sport and do what they can, unless totally unable to do any activity. A note of explanation of limitation and the length of time is helpful, as is any physio / doctor report. It is important that students wear their full Sport uniform – polo top, shorts and Oxley socks to Sport unless they have been issued with an EISM uniform. For House Carnivals, students must wear their House shirts. A sun hat and sunscreen are also very important during the summer months. The safety and wellbeing of our students is our highest priority.
Apart from our official sport program, students can also improve their fitness by attending Running Group every Thursday after school. The program is not only about running, but consists of various fitness activities.
We are looking forward to a great year ahead in Oxley Sport.
