Information for Parents and Concession Card Holders

CSEF funding is made available by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families cover the costs of camps, sport, and excursions, which are included in fees that are billed to your school account.

If you hold a valid means-tested concession card, (e.g. Centrelink Health Care Card), or you are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF funding.

The annual CSEF amount per student is:

1.         $125 for primary school students

2.         $225 for secondary school students

For more information about CSEF, and to download the CSEF application form, visit Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund | Victorian Government (www.vic.gov.au). An application form may also be obtained from the College Office. Application forms must be lodged with the College by 23 June 2022.

Please note that the College is required to sight any relevant concession cards that you may hold to support eligibility for the CSEF. Therefore, please either bring your concession card with you, if you are dropping off your application at the College Office or email a copy of your concession card with your application to Dawn Pryor, Accounts Receivable Officer, email: dpryor@oxley.vic.edu.au.

Upon approval by the Victorian Government, the allowance will be paid to the College, which will then be applied to your school account.

College App

We have had great feedback from parents who are finding the College App to be an effective tool with keeping up-to-date with all the communications that are being sent by the College.

With the App being our main communication tool for all general notices relating to Whole school, or Junior or Senior school, Year levels and Home Groups, we remind any parents that have not yet dowloaded it, to please make this a priority to avoid missing out on any important notices relating to your child.

Please also be reminded to ensure that you have updated the subscriptions for your child / children to include:

  • Whole School
  • Junior or Senior School (or both if you have children in each)
  • Year level - General
  • Year level - Home Group
  • All relevant Activities & Clubs, Performing Arts and Sport groups that your child is involved in

If you have any questions or an issue with setting up the App on your device, please visit or call Visitor Reception in the Administration Office on 9727 9900 and we will be happy to assist.

Oxley Kids Seeking After School Care Staff

Oxley Kids are seeking staff for After School Care. If you have a qualification, or are studying, in one of the following fields, you may be eligible to work in our After School Care. Fields include education, health, allied health (e.g. psychology, physiotherapy, nursing, speech pathology, dietetics, etc), social work, youth work, or early childhood. If you or someone you know might be looking for work, one or more afternoons per week, please contact Kim Sopar at Oxley Kids (9727 9200 or email office@oxleykids.vic.edu.au). This is a good role for university students, who can be role models to our Junior School students.
