TAFE students 2018

This week TAFE student commenced classes at the many different TAFE campuses across the North Shore. TAFE is a wonderful opportunity for students in Years 11 and Year 12 to gain practical and industry experience while still at school. TAFE courses run on Tuesday afternoons.

Many of the TAFE courses offer 2 units towards an ATAR, as well as receiving a Certificate in the field of study upon completion. This Certificate is industry recognised and usually takes up to six months off an apprenticeship.

This year we have 23 students studying the following courses:

Construction
Electrotechnology
Hospitality
Tourism and Events
Entertainment
Photography
Screen and Media
Human Services (nursing)
Information Design Technology
