Fashion Show

On Monday the 22 of October, six of our students competed in the Dromana fashion exhibition, held annually at Dromana Secondary College. Three secondary schools from the area entered 4 different categories and the designs ranged from casual wear to fantasy wear. The creativity of these students was incredible.  Every MSC student presented their garments exceptionally, and we had a fantastic night.

After some tough competition two of our students took away major prizes:

Congratulations Imogen Briggs, who won first place in the ‘Fantasy’ section with her Volcano inspired gown and cape, her outfit shone on the stage.

Congratulations also to Moya Carrie, who received a third place in the casual section with her ‘Andy Warhol’ inspired linen jumpsuit.

The Mornington Secondary Art and Design show opens for the public in the Learning Centre at 5pm on Wednesday 28th of November. It’s  a showcase of work from all Art and Technology subjects and year levels. The opening night will feature live music performances and light refreshments. The opening night will conclude at 7pm.

The show will also be open at lunchtime on Thursday.
