Library Delivery Service

Hi Mornington Peninsula School Community, 

We need your valued input to ensure we get a balanced perspective on our future planning of library services for all members of the community. We understand that it is the last week of school, but we would really appreciate it if you could get the word out about this survey in your community via your school portal, social media, newsletter or in class with your students.  

We’re reviewing our library delivery services, and we’d like to get your thoughts about the ‘click and deliver’ and mobile library services to find out which suits your needs better. We’re looking to hear from parents, guardians and children as well as any community member who would like to have their say. 

It’s a quick 5-minute survey that we would appreciate going out to your wider school community – internally and externally, including staff, parents, students and children. 

It’s an interesting topic and we need your valued feedback to help us make an informed decision regarding the future of our ‘click and deliver’ and mobile library bus service.

Hard copy surveys are available from all Mornington Peninsula Library branches or can be posted upon request, by phoning Shire Customer Service on 1300 850 600. 

Next steps 

Your feedback will assist Council to decide which service suits our communities needs better. No decision has been made at this point, we’d really like to find out if you have a preference or your own ideas to make our library service more accessible, economical and sustainable for the future.

Ritchies Community Benefit Card

So how does the Community Benefit program work?

When joining the Ritchies Card program you are given the option to nominate your favourite club school or charity (known as Recipients). Each time you scan your card (either physical card or electronic card in the App) when making a purchase at any of our participating stores, the total is recorded to your chosen club, school or charity. At the end of each month, Ritchies will pay your chosen club, school or charity .5% of the total accrued directly into the Recipient’s nominated bank account*.

 

It is easy  to join either using a phone and downloading the Ritchies Card App from the App store or Google Play, or by going online to www.ritchies.com.au/loyalty using a tablet or desk top computer. They can then pick up a physical card available from our friendly cashiers in-store, which they then link to their app or online account. Once they have set up their account they can then nominate your organisation.
