Reports are out

Early in the week of July 5, parents should have received an email with their child's official academic report for semester 1 attached.  This is the first time we have used Sentral for the generation and distribution of the reports.  We had a few hiccups when emailing out the reports and some families may have received the report multiple times.  If parents share the same email address they may have received it more times again.  Our apologies for that.  We'll work on a fix and make sure it doesn't happen again next time.

 

If you have signed up for the Sentral parent app and portal, you will be able to access your child's report in the app/portal anytime you need it.

 

The term updates were also sent out to parents via email on the same day.  The term updates include much of the same information as the semester reports, but are more focused on the student's progress in their individualised learning areas for the term.  Our plan going forward is that these term updates would be discontinued.  Instead, the information they contain would be available to parents anytime in the Sentral parent app.  Progress in setting up Sentral has been slower than expected but we hope to have this functionality up and running before the end of Term 3.
