Senior Girls Soccer Grand finalists!!!

Congrats to our girls who made the Grand Final on Wednesday at Winter Lightning Prems!

Winter Lightning Premierships 2021

On Wednesday the 23rd of June our year 5/6 students and this year some of our year 4 students participated in the Phillip District Winter Lightning Premierships. 

Our girls soccer team played their games at Olympic Park Rosebud and our boys soccer team travelled to Truemans Road Recreation Reserve for their competition. Our Table Tennis players competed at Eastbourne Primary School and our Netballers travelled to the Truemans Road Netball Courts. 

All of the students represented Our Lady of Fatima very well at their respective sports and should be proud of their efforts.

A special mention goes to the;

Boys soccer team who won the competition on the day and will progress to the Southern Peninsula Division playoffs next term. 

Girls soccer team, who made the grand final and were unfortunately defeated 2-1.  

Girls netball team who only just missed out on a place in the grand final. 

Well done to all of our 5/6 students and a special thanks to our year 4 students who stepped up and played in the girls soccer team, boys football team and girls netball team.
