Seeking Your Insights: Perceptual Study

Dear Parents and Guardians,

You are warmly invited to provide your personal insights as a parent in our school community, to support continuous improvement in school operations.  

We have commissioned an external research company, Xtra Research, to conduct an online survey asking for your broad thoughts and experiences with Girton Grammar School and your views about education in Bendigo and the surrounding region in general.

We would be most grateful if you were to take 15 minutes to complete the online survey, which you can access via the link below. You will be directed to the CanvasU survey platform. Survey responses are anonymous. There will be no follow up with individuals related to content within the survey.

All current parents and a small sample of past parents have been invited to participate in this online survey. Xtra Research will also be conducting phone call interviews with a random selection of non-Girton parents in the Bendigo community. 

This survey does not substitute parent satisfaction surveys conducted each year. It is intended to provide data related to the school’s perceived strengths and weaknesses when compared to other schools in the area, which will be considered alongside data last collected for Girton by Xtra Research in 2016. 

Competitor analysis and a detailed understanding of the education sector in which the school operates will help ensure that Girton business operations are well informed, relevant and serve to meet the needs of our families. 

The survey will remain open for 8 days, and we look forward to your feedback by Saturday 31st July, 2021.
