Year 12

The Year 12s are now in the second half of the year and while it has been pleasing to note a number of students utilising the library after school many more could be developing better study habits.

 

There are in essence only eight teaching weeks left before the students complete their practice exams from 30 September to 4 October. To ensure students are prepared fully for these exams, they should be completing past years' exams and all the practice questions on Edrolo. Past exams can be found on the VCAA website as well as copies in the library.

 

The students have been given some key strategies to help them increase their marks and deal with stress. As success for students is a combined effort between student, teacher and home. The links to these are below.

VTAC Information Evening

Kilbreda College is hosting the Year 12 Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) Information Evening on Tuesday 30 July.

 

The event will be held in the Mary Dalton Hall, commencing at 7:00pm.

VTAC have advised that there are major changes to the offer and preference system this year and so students and their families are strongly encouraged to attend this important session.
