Supporting Young People during Covid  - 

Family and Friends Webinar

June 9,  6-7.15PM

 

On June 9th , headspace Melton will be partnering with headspace National to deliver a webinar targeted at Family & Friends of young people in the local area . The main aim of the upcoming webinar is to provide F & F information and skills on how to adequately support young people during COVID-19 .  I’ve provided an excerpt of the running agenda below for your reference

 

“Information presented will:

• Strengthen your understanding of mental health and mental health literacy.

• Build skills and strategies to support the mental health and wellbeing of your young person, including their transition to work and study.

• Build awareness of local, state and national supports available to young people.

• Showcase local headspace centre community resources.”

 

The agenda of the webinar will be closed by a panel of centre staff from headspace Melton providing information about our roles, services available and how to access them .

After registration, they’ll receive a confirmation email with the zoom link to access the webinar .
