Regional Tours

David and Julie Smith, Courtney Coe and Michael Wilson headed out on the first of many Regional Tour stops on Friday to meet with our current – future and Alumni community. We had a great opportunity to spend some time with the students and families from of the Calrossy Equestrian Team who were competing at the North West Expo before heading onto Dubbo – Coonamble and Walgett. Our Calrossy community is made up of hard working people and the families we met with asked fantastic questions and we also had a great opportunity to speak about all the exciting things happening at Calrossy around Boarding renovation and the future construction programs on the William Cowper Campus later this year. We heard from families who have just finished planting 100s of thousands of acres of crops with one family driving over 200km to meet with us. One other highlight was we got to watch the second half of some local rugby league with Walgett Dragons play the Collarenebri Bulldogs and speak with lots of people at the game and be part of the fun.

Our attention now turns to our next tour to Merriwa and Scone on Friday the 18th June [to register please follow the link]

ALUMNI

2019 Centenary Class made a significant donation to the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia at their Graduation Assembly. This year group like all year groups before have supported many and provided generous gifts to Calrossy Anglican School.

Today while in Dubbo the Board Chair Mr David Lamb toured the Royal Flying Doctors Base and was very proud to send these pictures through highlighting the amazing contribution our Centenary Class made and how it has helped to make a difference to people in need throughout our community.
