Healthy Minds, Healthy Habits

Year 9 ‘Healthy Minds, Healthy Habits’ classes have been putting together some mental health awareness posters. They had to brainstorm things we can do in our everyday life to improve our mental health and then create an awareness poster regarding youth mental health. This could have include strategies for promoting positive mental health, places to go for support, quotes or pictures.
