Well-being lessons led by Ms Bucharová generated a lot of nice visual evidence about activities that Year 2 students were doing during these lessons. You can take a look at photos from their board game activities, cooking/baking attempts or book bingo results that emerged thanks to these well-being lessons.
Studenti 2. ročníku v hodinách relaxaních aktivit vedených paní Bucharovou vizuálně zdokumentovali činnosti, které v těchto hodinách dělali. Můžete se podívat na fotografie z průběhu stolních her, z pokusů o vaření/ pečení nebo na výsledky z knižního binga. To vše se objevilo díky těmto speciálním hodinám.

Here is the outcome of work on a student magazine in Czech lessons with Ms Bucharová. The editors in chief of this magazine were Adéla Pretlová and Adam Víšek. The design and edit of the magazine is by Filip Kotrba and Tomáš Vladyka. The articles inform about the House Challenge Day, bring stories from lockdown, interviews, reflections, riddles and some photos.
Zde je výsledek práce na studentském časopise z hodin českého jazyka s paní Bucharovou. Editory byli Adéla Pretlová a Adam Víšek. Na návrhu a editaci časopisu pracovali Filip Kotrba a Tomáš Vladyka. Články informují o House Challenge Day, přinášejí příběhy z doby uzavření školy, rozhovory, úvahy, hádanky a také fotografie.

ECP students design a poem book cover/Studenti ECP navrhovali obálku knihy básní
Here are some proposed book covers from ECP students for the poem Edison by Vítězslav Nezval based on their deep study of this poem. Edison is an epic poem by this Czech poet written in 1927. Nezval's work is in praise of human activity, technology, and science, but also an expression of anxiety about civilisation. Special thanks to Anna Jiroušková, Ema Srnková, Linzi Linová, Viktorie Řeháková, Anna Kufová and Julie Tlustá for their designs.
Zde je několik návrhů knižní obálky od studentů ECP inspirovaných básní Edison od Vítězslava Nezvala. Edison je epická báseň tohoto českého básníka z roku 1927. Nezvalova práce je o chvále lidské činnosti, technologie a vědy, ale také výrazem úzkosti z civilizace. Zvláštní poděkování patří těmto studentům za jejich návrhy: Anna Jiroušková, Ema Srnková, Linzi Linová, Viktorie Řeháková, Anna Kufová a Julie Tlustá.
Physics/Fyzika
This is a very clever and well-made film by ECP student Alexandra Brízová within her final Physics task, which was to make a short film explaining a Physics concept. She focused on pressure in gases.
Podívejte se na velmi sofistikovaný a dobře natočený film studentky ECP Alexandry Brízové v rámci jejího úkolu do fyziky, kdy zadáním bylo vytvořit krátký film, který osvětlí vybraný fyzikální koncept. Alexandra si vybrala tlak v plynech.
The final topic for Year 2 Physics is Astrophysics. This year students have been producing their own research folders on this fascinating topic, which covers everything from early astronomy, to the Solar System, the evolution of stars and the Big Bang, and the expanding Universe. As part of this students did a creative writing task which involved writing a short story, poem or song about some aspect of Astrophysics. Here are some brilliant examples of their imagination and creativity.
Poslední látkou ve fyzice pro 2. ročník je astrofyzika. Letos studenti pracovali na svých vlastních výzkumných portfoliích na toto fascinující téma, které zahrnuje vše od historie astronomie, přes sluneční soustavu, evoluci hvězd, velký třesk až po rozpínavý vesmír. V rámci této látky studenti dostali kreativní úkol a mohli vymyslet příběh, báseň nebo píseň na některý z aspektů astrofyziky. Zde je několik brilantních příkladů představivosti a kreativity studentů.

Year 1 students have been working on the Mission to Mars project in Dr. Brown's Thinking Science lessons all year long. After separating into teams, selecting the rocket technology and communicating with Mission Control, completion of the project had to be adjusted due to the school closure. Students built replicas of their intended Mars bases at home and it was the final task of the students to prepare a video blog of their journey to Mars - some got there in style, others suffered disasters! You'll need to watch to find out! Some of the videos are available below.

Studenti 1. ročníku pracovali v hodinách Thinking Science Dr. Browna na projektu Mise na Mars po celý rok. Po rozdělení do týmů, výběru raketové technologie a komunikaci s kontrolní stanicí mise bylo nutné projekt přerušit kvůli uzavření školy. Studenti tak doma stavěli repliky svých zamýšlených základen na Marsu a jejich závěrečným úkolem bylo připravit video blog o jejich cestě na Mars - někteří se tam dostali stylově, jiní čelili katastrofě!
