Preventing Illness and

COVID-19 Update

Personal Hygiene

Personal hygiene and the hygiene standards in our schools are critical to reducing the risk of infection - COVID-19 and other illnesses.

All parents and children please adhere to the following:

  • wash your hands regularly, particularly after using the toilet and before eating.
  • cover a cough or sneeze with a tissue, throw the tissue in the bin and wash your hands.
  • Parents to keep children home if they show symptoms such as runny nose, fever, coughs etc.
  • Any child that presents with these symptoms at school will be sent home.

COVID Update

As we have seen in other states, things can change very quickly with COVID-19 cases.  It is so important that we have up to date phone numbers and email addresses in the case of us having to enact our Rapid Action Plan - see attached document.

Please sign up to Skoolbag as this will be another way we will communicate this plan in action as we are NOT allowed by the Department for Education to communicate this via Facebook.

Thank you for your support with this and hopefully we will not need to use this plan.
