Kinder French

Playing with puppet friends continues in the kindergarten. We use them to learn verbs, prepositions, numbers, colours, phrases, question words, opposites and names.

“Combien animaux?” – Lets count. Are they “grand ou petit?” Are they “gentil ou mechant?” Do they “marche ou court?” Are they “blanc ou noir?” And what has Batchat discovered “derrière” Henry – “c’estun petit chat.” We then use all of this knowledge to create stories – “Oh mais non, Pierre tombe dans la boîte de Cornflakes, vite vite SuperSid.”

5s French

The 5s began to express their French understandings in new and creative ways, even adding French writing to their work.
