Virtual Cross Country at LNPS

During PE lessons in week 7, all students at Lockleys North Primary School will be given the opportunity to participate in “Virtual Cross Country”. Lockleys North students will be able to run or walk around the LNPS course, and complete the required distance for their age category. Children that wish to participate in this free event will have their time recorded and uploaded to School Sport SA, to compete against other schools from our state and Western Australia. Children that do not wish to participate in the event will be encouraged to walk the distance as a part of the PE program, promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.

This exciting event encourages children to stay active and have fun with a little bit of healthy competition. Children who are participating are welcome to wear their Sports Day colours, or new Sports Day T-shirt whilst competing.

Soccer update 

The NWJSA Board is meeting on the 15th June 2020 to discuss if the season will commence in Term 3. The Association will notify the school when the decision has been made.Families who have registered to play socer this year will be notified via email.
